You will be the DJ at our reception. This means that anyone with a Spotify account could add to our playlist until July 31, 2019. Thank you to everyone who suggested music. We will go through the best of the suggestions now and listen to that playlist the night of September 7th, 2019. Linda’s Bridesmaids

Lynn (Maid of Honour):

Linda: Lynn is my favourite younger sister (only sister) and best friend. Even though we live such a large distance from each other, when we connect with each other to chat it’s like time hasn’t passed at all. We always seem to pick up our last conversation with each other as if entirely uninterrupted. I love my sister and feel extremely lucky to be her sister. Lynn is an incredible person who is loyal, kind, funny and smart and I’m proud to have her as my Maid of Honour.

Ashley:

Linda: Michael introduced me to Ashley and Tyler 10 years ago when they came to help me move. Upon meeting Ashley I immediately wanted to be her friend. She made such a big impression on me that I still remember what she wore that day (red plaid shirt and blue jeans). Ashley is always kind, thoughtful, and funny to every person she meets. She has become one of my closest and best friends, and I’m so honoured to have her as one of my bridesmaids.

Lisa:

Linda: Lisa and I have been working together for almost 8 years. When I first started my role in leadership, Lisa was always my cheerleader. She encouraged me in ways that easily elevated her to become my mentor. I am grateful that our friendship that started as co-workers has migrated so that she has become one of my best friends both at work and personal life.

Michael’s Groomsmen

Tyler (Best Man):

Michael: I met Tyler when I was about 5 years old. I went to a friend’s birthday party and he was also invited. It wasn’t until we both moved to MacEwan from Beddington that we reconnected and started playing together. We’ve been friends ever since. Through some of the hardest times in my life, Tyler has always been there for me. I find myself trying to model my own sense of dependability on the acts that Tyler has done for me in the past. I don’t think he’ll ever truely know how much he has impacted me.

Thomas:

Michael: Originally introduced to me by Tyler, Tom has to be one of the smartest people I know. His dry sense of humour and deadpan confidence drives all of Tom’s friends insane. At the core of it though, Tom is fiercely committed to his friends and will always make you question the world around you… driving you to seek more knowledge and better yourself. I’m a better man because of Tom.

Bill:

Michael: Bill and I played the same online game and met at a LAN Party some 15 years ago. Since then he has been a bit of a role-model to me. I was enthralled by his knowledge of computers and networking and his ability to make the complex seem simple. I’ve called him a business partner for WritheM Web Solutions for the last 11 years and always go to him first when something breaks. Bill is one of my greatest friends.
